Under Jay’s leadership, Action has developed into one of the most respected creative marketing firms in the country. His belief that clients should judge their agencies on performance and results is the primary catalyst for Action’s growth, success and long term relationships with its clients. With a background in art and design and having worn the title of Creative Director for most of his career, Jay has developed a special knack for finding creative strategies to overcome even the most complex marketing problems. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing music and writing about himself in the third person.
